This USB 2.0 A male plug metal shell connector is designed for reliable high-speed data and power transmission in USB cable assemblies. The connector uses precision copper-alloy terminals with nickel under-plating and gold-flash contact areas to ensure low contact resistance and stable signal integrity. The solder/crimp region is bright-tin plated for secure termination to stranded wires, while the fully nickel-plated metal shell enhances EMI shielding and long-term corrosion resistance.

With a rated current of 1.5 A per pin, 500 VAC dielectric strength and ≥1000 MΩ insulation resistance, the connector provides safe and stable performance in a wide range of electronic products. The compact plug design is suitable for automatic or manual cable processing, overmolding, and customized wire harness production.
